​At ShopJR, we are committed to providing you with a transparent and satisfying shopping experience. Below, you will find the details of our shipping policy so you always know what to expect.

​1. Order Processing Times (Handling)

​Processing time is the period we require to verify, prepare, package, and hand your order over to the courier company.

​Processing Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (local time).

​Processing Duration: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

​Cut-off Time:

​Orders placed and paid for before 12:00 PM (noon), Monday through Friday, will begin processing on the same business day.

​Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be considered received and will begin processing on the next business day.

​Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting on the next business day.

​2. Delivery Timeframe

​The delivery timeframe is the time it takes for the courier company to transport your package from our warehouse to your specified address once the order has been processed and shipped.

​Standard Shipping (Estimated): Total transit time is 8 to 9 business days from the date of shipment.

​Important Note: The total delivery time is the sum of the Processing Time plus the Delivery Timeframe.

​3. Shipping Costs and Tracking

​Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

​Tracking Number: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email or text message with the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website so you can track the status of your package in real-time.

​4. Delays and Exceptional Circumstances

​While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier strikes, extreme weather conditions, customs issues, high-volume periods like holidays).

​ShopJR is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier, but we commit to assisting you with tracking and doing everything possible to resolve the issue.

​5. Lost, Damaged Packages, or Incorrect Addresses

​Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, ShopJR is not responsible. If the package is returned to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

​Packages Damaged or Lost in Transit: If your order arrives damaged or if it does not arrive within the stipulated timeframe after thorough tracking, please contact us immediately. We will open a formal investigation with the shipping company and offer you the best possible solution (refund or reshipment, depending on the case).
